ACE (www.ace-cranes.com) is one of the largest hydraulic crane manufacturing company in India which has progressed all along to become a professionally managed an ISO 9001:2000 Certification. Its manufacture different types of hydraulic crane (Pick-n-Move cranes capacity from 9-15 tons, Tower cranes, Truck mounted cranes, Bachoe loader etc.). ACE products are supported by an all India sales & service dealer’s network located at all the major locations (Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Calcutta, Pune, Raipur, Ahmedabad & Vizag etc.).

• Oversee the design of products from beginning to end. Serve as Lead Designer on the introduction of new products.

• Design, revise and re-design component parts and assemblies on Pro-E.

• Initiate and complete engineering change notices and engineering work requests for component parts and assemblies on Auto-CAD & Pro-E software.

• Manage documentation of product and part revisions, and updated bills of material with special attention to engineering and manufacturing practice compliance.

• Responsible for design of products; Instrumental in conceptualization and development of innovative products and product features

• Designing & making 3D Modeling as per the concept

• Involved in timely completion of all project specifications, design, drawings & requisitions for areas of responsibility assigned and participate in design review

• Preparing engineering documents like technical documentation, operation and maintenance manuals, and coordinate with customer, suppliers, and assembly plants

• Reverse Engineering: Testing the product on electrical parameters and mechanical dimensions to ensure adherence to product applications and Deconstruction of products designed to standardize process flow and generate Bill of Materials

• Hands on experience in creating UDFs, skeleton models, top-down assembly, advanced surface models
